Returns
We want you to love your purchases and we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit or look as what expected. If you change your mind, we are happy to provide an exchange or shop credit via gift voucher within 14 days of purchase provided they are NOT sale, in an unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt. All Final Sale/Reduce Sale items are non-refundable/exchangeable for change of mind, instore or online.
Please Note: ALL our PARTY DRESS/EVENING/COCKTAIL/BRIDESMAID DRESS RANGE WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

Online Order Change Of Mind Returns
Please note that we only offer exchange or shop credit.
Before your return, please make sure that:
- The item is in original condition, never worn or washed, with tags on;
- This item is not a final sale/ reused item;
- You are returning within 14 days since when you received the parcel;
- Only exchange or shop credit can be offered; and,
- You understand that the customer is responsible for the postage fee shipping back to our store.
Once you ticked all points in the checklist above, please do the followings so we can assist you with your return:
- Send an email to info@ifashiononline.com.au to inform us your decision. Please include your order number and receipt. If your order contains multiple items, and you are not returning all of them, please specify the items you’d like to return.
- Once we confirmed your return, please post your items to the following address:

3. We will issue you an exchange or shop credit once we received and checked the returned item(s).
If you are exchanging and the amount is below our free shipping price, we will send you a link to pay for delivery, before sending it out.
Return without email confirmation may not be received.
In Store Change of Mind Returns
Store purchases cannot be returned online. They must be returned to one of our stores. We only offer exchange or store credit via gift card for full price item/s. All sale and final sale item/s we do not offer refunds/exchange so please be mindful of your purchase and trying before you buy.
Refunds will only be given if the item/s is deemed faulty. Only then will a refund be processed using the original tender type. If you purchased via EFTPOS or Credit Card, you must present the card used in the original transaction. All in store refunds have to be within 14 days since the day of purchase. Please make sure that the item is in original/ resalable condition: never worn or washed, with tags on and you have purchase reciept.
ITEMS WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE
All refunds exclude delivery charges. All Final Sale/Reduce Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, either instore or online. Change of mind includes unwanted, size, colour, design, fit and price.
These items are clearly marked on our product pages as well as invoices with the statement “This is a Final Sale/Reduce Sale item. All Final Sale /Reduce Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind, either instore or online. Faulty goods are excluded from this policy. Please refer to the INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM section.
CANCELLATIONS AND ORDER AMENDMENTS
Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time you place your order. If you are using PayPal, please ensure your delivery address in PayPal is updated. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to: Change of delivery address Changes to colours and sizes Adding or removing items Applying discounts or rewards Full order cancellations Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
INCORRECT ITEMS OR FAULTY GOODS
As soon as you discover a fault, or if you received an incorrect item, please use the Contact Us form to send us a picture of the item and include a brief description of the fault. Once assessed and approved by our team and if it is within 14 days from the purchase date, we will refund you back to the original tender type. Items deemed as general wear and tear and not due to a manufacturing fault will not be refunded.
REFUND POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS
All Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind, instore or online. Sale items are identified on the product page and your invoice with the statement “All Sale items are non-refundable for change of mind, instore or online”. Our normal refunds policy applies to any full price styles purchased in the same transaction as Sale styles. Faulty goods are excluded from this policy. If you discover a fault with a Sale style, please follow the returns policy.
