Shipping / Delivery

Orders placed on business days before 5:00pm (Monday to Friday) are, in most cases, packed and dispatched within 48 hours. We use Australia Post 'Parcel Post' delivery service which will ensure your parcel is delivered in 2 or more business days within Australia.

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to trace your parcel with Australia Post. This can be done at https://auspost.com.au/

Our standard postage does not require signature when parcel is delivered. If you wish to further secure your parcel with signature on door, or extra cover, please email the customer support team at info@ifashiononline.com.au. 

Please note that once your order has left the I Fashion warehouse, and a tracking number has been lodged, we are no longer held accountable for your parcel.  

Return/ Exchange: the customers will be responsible for delivery fees from return or exchange, unless the item is faulty. We will waive the exchange postage fee when shipping the exchanged items, provided that the value of exchanged item meets the free shipping value.
